Woodcrest Shipping and Returns
JustSports is committed to delivering the product you want, when you want it. Most orders placed by 3:00 PM Mountain Time will ship on the same day ordered. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship on the following business day. Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday and exclude some major holidays. Remember, some of our item expandables are made to order and ship from alternate warehouses. Make sure to check the product detail page to check if your item expandable has a lead time.
Because of our commitment to ship orders the same day they are placed, we usually cannot stop an order before it is shipped. Please review your order carefully during check out to make sure it is accurate. If you need assistance feel free to contact us and we will attempt to accommodate you in any way we can.
- A receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns and exchanges.
- All products must be in new and unused condition.
- All returns will be issued in the same tender as purchase.
- You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
- You may return or exchange items at any Fanzz retail location with a copy of your packing sheet or invoice.
- Please reach out to customer service directly for assistance in obtaining your invoice.
- Personalized jerseys, t-shirts, and any customized merchandise is final sale. These Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Orders with 10 or more Special Event items are final. These items can be exchanged for a different size if available.
- Pack the item in the original package, if possible.
- Complete and detach the provided return request slip and include with your returned merchandise. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and insure the full amount of the item. Fanzz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.

- All international shipments must be pre-approved for return.
- No Shipping Charges are refunded.
